Whenever an inquirer approaches our parish for the first time, there will be a person ready to respond to that request. We will be able to receive you at any time during the year. Our group inquiry will always exist at an available time and place on the parish calendar, with RCIA team members ready to lead a session for any who come. We assume that discernment of readiness to proceed to the Rite of Acceptance is also individualized and in place on an ongoing basis.
You may wish to participate in the precatechumenate sessions for many months, or you may discern that you are ready to proceed to the catechumenate in a brief period of time. Nothing can be determined in advance - this is a spiritual journey that varies according to the many forms of God’s grace, your cooperation, the action of the Church, and the circumstances of time and place. Our inquiry process is comprised of eight themes.
